Our partner production base runs multiple PVC coating and lamination lines with a combined output of thousands of tons per year, which is why we can handle both small trial orders and multi-container contracts without stretching lead times. Every order is produced to a locked specification sheet — GSM, width, base cloth (500D/840D/1000D/1100D polyester scrim), colour, surface finish and fire rating — and a pre-shipment sample is retained for reference.

Di-moon Fabric (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. holds fire-retardancy certificates for its PVC/PU coated and laminated industrial fabrics: GB 8624 B1 (China), NFPA 701 (US) and EN 13501-1 B-s2,d0 (EU), with DIN 4102 B1 also available. Formulations are REACH compliant and phthalate-free for markets with strict import controls. Physical performance is documented to ISO 1421 (tensile), ISO 4674 (tear) and ISO 4892 (UV ageing), and production runs under ISO 9001 certified mill management with full batch traceability.

Certificate copies and test reports are supplied with your documents before shipment, so you can clear customs and satisfy your own customers without chasing paperwork after the container has sailed.
Minimum order quantity is flexible and depends on the product line and the colour/spec you need. Stock colours and standard specifications start as low as a few hundred metres; fully custom colours, special GSM or a bespoke coating formulation carry a higher minimum because of the mill's changeover cost. We are happy to run a small trial order first so you can test the fabric in your own market before committing to bulk.
Sampling is the fastest way to de-risk a purchase. We send A4 or full-width swatch samples showing the actual GSM, colour, surface finish and reinforcement options you are considering. Sample dispatch is arranged within 48 hours of confirming requirements, and freight for courier samples is normally covered by the buyer. For custom formulations we can also produce a lab dip or a small trial roll.
Lead time depends on quantity and whether the specification is standard or custom. Standard, in-stock specifications typically ship within 7–15 days; custom production usually runs 15–25 days from deposit and specification sign-off. We confirm a production schedule in writing at order confirmation, and you receive a pre-shipment inspection report and photos before the container is loaded.
Shipping is arranged by sea, air or rail depending on urgency and destination — roughly 15–25 days by sea to Southeast Asia, 20–30 days to the Middle East, 25–35 days to Europe and 25–40 days to Australia. We handle export documentation, and can ship FOB, CIF or on your nominated forwarder.
